Wow! We were just wanting to support Blue as a local business and took our 5-year-old laptop to the free diagnostic event at Chick-fil-a. We thought the laptop was a lost cause but in seconds Mat showed us the problem and told us how it could be fixed. He placed no pressure on us to use him and gave us a note about what he’d found for our information. We ultimately decided to go to Blue and in less than 24 hours it’s like we have a brand new laptop! Mat and Hege picked it up and brought it back to us, plus showed us how to keep it clean for a long time to come.
